Participation Terms and Conditions

The paper topic must align with one of the conference main or sub-themes.

The paper must not have been published, accepted for publication, or submitted to another conference.

Follow sound scientific methodology; the paper must include the essential elements: problem, objectives, methodology, results, recommendations, and references.

The paper should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, following the conference approved template and formatting.

Papers are accepted in Arabic or English.

Cite sources and references according to APA (7th edition), and adhere to academic integrity and intellectual property rights.

The paper undergoes peer review, and revisions requested by reviewers must be implemented.

Attach a short CV for each researcher in a separate Word file.

Disclose funding, conflicts of interest, and any substantial use of artificial intelligence in preparing the paper.
